Mechanical Jig

The mechanical jig works with both coin split cell and pouch split cell

Central space is 90 mm L x 70 mm x 150 mm H

Customized size is available upon request

Deadweight for weighing down the top plate weight is optional.

You may add dead weight on the top plate or use a torque wrench to tighten the holding screws to find the critical pressure needed to confine the battery volume expansion
