Copper-lithium composite tape is a composite metal tape that combines the high conductivity and heat conductivity of copper with the light weight and high energy density of lithium. It is formed through processes such as rolling and explosive welding, with a strong interface bond.

1. Packaging instructions (double-layer protective packaging: 2 layers of aluminum-plastic bags sealed)

The copper-lithium composite tape is wound on a reel. In the drying room, it is first placed inside a layer of aluminum-plastic bag for vacuum sealing, and then another layer of aluminum-plastic bag is placed for sealing (2 layers of aluminum-plastic bags, with residual dry air inside the aluminum-plastic bags), and there is a small amount of dry air in both layers of bags;

2. Usage instructions

2.1 The glove box needs to be pre-cleaned to a water-oxygen value (H20, 0:) <1ppm and maintained in an inert gas (such as 99.999% high-purity argon) atmosphere;

2.2 In a dry environment, remove the outer layer of aluminum-plastic bag outside the glove box (to avoid the slight dry air in the outer layer of aluminum-plastic bag contaminating the atmosphere inside the glove box), ensure that the inner layer of aluminum-plastic bag is undamaged, then transfer the unopened aluminum-plastic bag to the purified glove box. It is recommended to store in the glove box for more than 1 day before opening (using the circulating argon gas to remove the attached moisture on the surface of the aluminum-plastic bag); 

2.3 During transfer, do not perform vacuum treatment for a long time in the transition chamber, instead, perform ventilation a few times in the transition chamber, each time with a vacuum of 1096~20%, and replace 10~20 times to avoid the packaging material cracking due to negative pressure and causing product oxidation and deterioration;

2.4 The inner layer of aluminum-plastic bag may still have a small amount of dry air. After opening the bag, the oxygen content in the glove box increases as a normal phenomenon. The atmosphere of the glove box can be replaced with inert gas (such as 99.999% high-purity hydrogen) to do so;

2.5 Suggested storage method: After opening the glove box for use, immediately seal it and store it (it is recommended to use the original aluminum plastic bag for packaging, and it is strictly prohibited to use packaging bags that have not been dried properly). Most of the product surfaces of the glove box contain attached water (natural air). Keeping it exposed in the glove box is likely to be affected by other items and cause discoloration.
