 AOT-EQ-HSTC3 is designed for high-throughput R&D battery material testing, does not require any crimping machine, and can split 3-electrode test cells. Coin cells can be assembled quickly and easily by hand tightening. Also available for liquid and solid state batteries. The test cell is connected to two electrodes (anode and cathode) on both sides and a reference electrode in the middle, and the voltage change of the two electrodes is monitored.


Main features

1. Assemble the battery easily and quickly by "screwing" the bottom contact plate and top plunger into the nylon body.

2. Stainless steel contact plate and plunger.

3. The main material is nylon, up to 100oC working temperature.

4. Airtight design to prevent electrolyte leakage.

5. Easy to separate and clean after use.

6 Same function as "Swagelok type battery" but with more electrode and separator size options.

7. The gasket inside the test unit can be pressed on the electrode and prevent the electrode from curling.

8 Extension rods included with each electrode.
