Tantalum doped lithium lanthanum zirconium garnet, composed of>99 9% of precursor material synthesis.

Theoretical density: 5.5 g/cm3 as a solid-state electrolyte material for all solid-state lithium-ion batteries. Tantalum doped LLZO with a nominal composition of Li6.75 La3Zr1 5Ta0. 5012(Ta-doped LLZ0)Because of its high lithium ion conductivity and chemical stability to lithium, it is used as a solid electrolyte material for lithium based batteries and its stability at high temperatures. Because of its better electrochemical stability, LLZO is more suitable for it is a solid electrolyte material. Lithium ion conductivity: up to~6-7x10-4 S/cm at room temperature.
