This stacking equipment is suitable for assembling the positive and negative plates of lithium-ion battery cells with Z-shaped laminations and isolation membranes. It automatically wraps the isolation membrane around the electrode group, cuts the membrane, applies and terminates the anti loosening tape, automatically feeds into the material rack, and manually collects the cells from the material rack.

Main features:

1.Both the positive and negative electrodes are in a single material tank configuration, and the electrode plates in the tank have a real-time floating structure;

2.The use of slight bending, brushing, shaking movements, and elastic suction cups can effectively prevent the phenomenon of multiple suction pieces;

3. Secondary precise positioning to ensure pole alignment;

4. The equipment is equipped with a dust removal device that can collect dust from the pole pieces in a centralized manner, ensuring the cleanliness of the mechanical tabletop;

5.The positive and negative electrode pressing claws alternately press the positive and negative electrodes to prevent cross contamination;

6.The positive and negative electrode material slots before lamination are separated by partitions to prevent cross contamination;

7.Blow dry ion air through the isolation membrane to remove static electricity from the membrane;

8. Install ultrasonic sensors for secondary positioning, which can detect heavy and missing pieces;

9.Adopting a servo driven lamination table, which can ensure uniform force between each layer of pole plates;

10.Adopting imported scratch free buffer suction cups, effectively preventing the occurrence of suction marks and indentation on the electrode;

11.Equipped with diaphragm recovery function and first diaphragm deviation correction function.
