AOT-MSK-E110-S is a pressure controlled electric crimping machine designed specifically for coin cell batteries. It integrates automation, precision, and multifunctionality, and is suitable for packaging and disassembling coin cell batteries in battery production, research and development, and testing scenarios. Standard compatible models: CR20 series (such as CR2016, CR2025, CR2032), other models (such as CR1620, CR2450, etc.) require matching molds; We can also provide CR16, CR24, CR30 series or non-standard customized molds with diameters of 13-35mm.

Crimping and sealing performance

Sealing stroke: 15mm

Crimp pressure: Intermittent adjustable. The recommended packaging pressure for CR20 series coin cell batteries is 500-700KG, with a maximum pressure of 1000KG. It is equipped with a pressure sensor to achieve closed-loop control of sealing pressure, ensuring precise and stable pressure.

Equipment speed: about 2.5 per minute (reference value, actual speed may vary due to differences in sealing time caused by different battery sizes).

Mold lifespan: The maximum sealing cycle of a single mold is 5000 times, and precise mold design balances sealing quality and service life.

Compact and adaptable to special scenarios: The device has a compact structure, light weight, and can lie flat through a glove box transition chamber, meeting the needs of special experimental environments such as water and oxygen free (such as battery materialresearch and development), and expanding application scenarios.

Multi purpose and flexible adaptation: By changing molds of different specifications, it is possible to package coin cell batteries of different diameters and heights; At the same time, dismantling molds can be selected to completely separate the positive and negative shell after the battery is sealed, which facilitates sampling, research and analysis of the internal materials of the battery, and meets the needs of production and research and development.
