The planetary power mixer integrates working principles of conventional dual planetary mixers and high-speed dispersers to form an all-purpose upgraded model widely applied across multiple industries.
Tailored for lithium battery slurry featuring high solid content and high viscosity, our enhanced planetary power mixer is upgraded from standard versions with higher rotating speed and larger torque. Its design optimizes key parameters including agitator rotation speed, mixing power, dispersion linear velocity, suspension grade, liquid flow pattern and turbulence distribution inside the tank. The maximum linear speed of high-speed dispersion reaches 19m/s, and the reinforced twisted frame agitator handles ultra-high-viscosity battery slurry efficiently.
Unique mixing motion: the twisted frame revolves clockwise and rotates counter-clockwise on its own axis to realize dead-zone-free mixing and eliminate material climbing. Sealing system consists of double mechanical seals plus soft/static auxiliary seals, boosting sealing performance by 30% theoretically. A Pt100 temperature sensor directly contacts materials for precise temperature detection with a measuring error within ±1℃. The unit is composed of base, crossbeam, upright column, sealing hood, mixing tank, transmission and electric control system.

A: Our system R&D based on integrated development view. when you get the machine, just need to connect it with the electrical power, then machine can be working. because the English software were installed in this machine. what you need to do is only learning the software usage, and the complete English user manual will be coning to you with the machine.
